Dreamtilt wishes to advise customers that on the Tuesday 13th September between 9am and 11am there will be work on our main fiber cable that will be required for service upgrades to our main capacity.
During this window there will be a 40min outage that will occur as our main service is upgraded. This outage will affect all services including internet, webhosting, emails, voip and PBX customers.
The outage is required to allow for fixed 5G wireless service upgrades and more capacity to our network. We will be working on diverting calls to mobile if you have a business VOIP connection with us.
