Getting Extra Help

Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Speech Disability
If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability you can contact Dreamtilt using the National Relay Service (NRS) or your own nominated relay service to represent you.
Trusted Person as Authorised Contact
A customer can appoint an Authorised Representative to act on their behalf, if the customer requires. To appoint an Authorised Representative download the form here, and send it to Dreamtilt, PO BOX 7073, Gladstone. Qld. 4680 or via email to admin@dreamtilt.com.au
Non Verbal Contact

The online account system allows users to perform a number of actions.
Update Personal Details
Update your personal details, billing address and email accounts.
Manage Payments
Update payment details online and set up payments for credit card, Paypal, and direct debit. Pay invoices directly online or add funds to account.
Manage Services
Make changes to your internet services, upgrade or downgrade. Cancel accounts or request new services.
Check Services
Run a self check on your Dreamtilt wireless connection and view real time traffic on your connection. Get updates on faults, outages and planned maintenance.
Check Usage
View your current and previous months usage for your internet connection.
Report a Fault
Report a fault and raise a support ticket and read responses to solve problems raised.
