Outage on Gladstone NRG Stack for Customers September 10th

Dreamtilt is advising customers that on September 10th there will be an outage of Internet and VoIP services to customers supplied by the NRG Stack tower.

This outage will occur from 6.30am and planned to go until 4pm – although we are hopeful services will be restored after lunch.

The outage is to allow electrical upgrades to the stack which will prevent longer electrical power outages in the future.

We apologise for the outage, however such upgrades are required to make sure we provide a great service to our customers and prevent longer unplanned outages in the future.
