Outage on Silos affecting customers 29th December 2021 – Resolved
Dreamtilt is aware of a loss of services to customers at Silos before 9am on 29th December – we are looking into the issue. ETA for repair is around 2-3 hours as we will look at access and replacement of faulty equipment. Issue is believed to be a fibre interface between the radio backhaul and the router. We will update further as work progresses.
Update- the issue on the Silos has been resolved and all services are back online
